Google Analytics 4 — yalnız onay verirseniz
Çerez bildiriminde "Kabul et" demediğiniz sürece Google Analytics yüklenmez, Google'a istek gönderilmez ve çerez yazılmaz. Onay verirseniz ziyaret ettiğiniz sayfalar, sayfada kalma süresi, yönlendiren site, cihaz/tarayıcı türü, ekran boyutu ve yaklaşık konum (ülke/şehir) Google tarafından toplanır; amaç sitenin nasıl kullanıldığını anlamaktır. Hukuki sebep: açık rızanız (KVKK m.5/1). Reklam özellikleri ve Google Signals kapalıdır; adınız, e-posta adresiniz gibi kimlik bilgileri gönderilmez.
Cloudflare — sitenin çalışması ve güvenliği için
Site Cloudflare üzerinden sunulur. Sayfayı açabilmeniz için IP adresiniz ve tarayıcı bilgileriniz Cloudflare tarafından, saldırı önleme ve iletim amacıyla işlenir. Cloudflare Web Analytics ise çerez kullanmayan, kişiyi tanımlamayan toplu ziyaret sayıları üretir. Hukuki sebep: sitenin güvenli işletilmesine ilişkin meşru menfaat (KVKK m.5/2-f).
Sunucu
Sitenin kendi sunucusu ziyaretçi IP adresi içeren erişim kaydı tutmaz. Sitede form, üyelik veya yorum yoktur.
Tarayıcınızda kalanlar
Tema (sk-theme), dil (sk-lang) ve çerez tercihiniz (sk-consent, 12 ay; süre dolunca yeniden sorulur) yalnız tarayıcınızın yerel depolamasında tutulur; sunucuya gönderilmez.

Google Analytics'te toplanan olay verileri en fazla 14 ay saklanır, sonra silinir.

04Yurt dışına aktarım

Google ve Cloudflare'in sunucuları Türkiye dışındadır. Google Analytics verilerinin yurt dışına aktarımı, çerez bildiriminde verdiğiniz açık rızaya dayanır (KVKK m.9). Cloudflare'e aktarım, sitenin size iletilebilmesi için zorunludur.

05Haklarınız

KVKK m.11 uyarınca verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi isteme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme ve işlemeye itiraz etme haklarınız vardır. Başvurularınızı [email protected] adresine iletebilirsiniz; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır.

02What is processed and why

Google Analytics 4 — only if you consent
Unless you choose "Accept" in the cookie notice, Google Analytics is not loaded, no request is sent to Google and no cookie is set. If you accept, Google collects the pages you visit, time on page, referring site, device/browser type, screen size and approximate location (country/city) so I can understand how the site is used. Legal basis: your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1). Advertising features and Google Signals are off; no identifying details such as your name or email are sent.
Cloudflare — to run and protect the site
The site is served through Cloudflare. To deliver the page, Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser details for transmission and attack prevention. Cloudflare Web Analytics produces cookieless, aggregate visit counts that do not identify you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating the site securely (KVKK art. 5/2-f).
Server
The site's own server keeps no access log containing visitor IP addresses. There are no forms, accounts or comments on the site.
Stored in your browser
Your theme (sk-theme), language (sk-lang) and cookie choice (sk-consent, 12 months, then you are asked again) are kept only in your browser's local storage and are never sent to the server.

Event data collected in Google Analytics is kept for at most 14 months and then deleted.

04Transfers abroad

Google's and Cloudflare's servers are outside Turkey. Transfer of Google Analytics data relies on the explicit consent you give in the cookie notice (KVKK art. 9). Transfer to Cloudflare is necessary to deliver the site to you.

05Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, and object to processing. Send requests to [email protected]; they are answered within 30 days.

You can withdraw consent at any time:
