Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the data controller is Salih Karahan.
02What is processed and why
- Google Analytics 4 — only if you consent
- Unless you choose "Accept" in the cookie notice, Google Analytics is not loaded, no request is sent to Google and no cookie is set. If you accept, Google collects the pages you visit, time on page, referring site, device/browser type, screen size and approximate location (country/city) so I can understand how the site is used. Legal basis: your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1). Advertising features and Google Signals are off; no identifying details such as your name or email are sent.
- Cloudflare — to run and protect the site
- The site is served through Cloudflare. To deliver the page, Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser details for transmission and attack prevention. Cloudflare Web Analytics produces cookieless, aggregate visit counts that do not identify you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating the site securely (KVKK art. 5/2-f).
- Server
- The site's own server keeps no access log containing visitor IP addresses. There are no forms, accounts or comments on the site.
- Stored in your browser
- Your theme (
sk-theme) and cookie choice (sk-consent, 12 months, then you are asked again) are kept only in your browser's local storage and are never sent to the server. Your language is carried in the page address (/tr-tr,/en-gb); when you open the bare address, the language your browser reports is used only to send you to the right version and is not stored.

Event data collected in Google Analytics is kept for at most 14 months and then deleted.
04Transfers abroad
Google's and Cloudflare's servers are outside Turkey. Transfer of Google Analytics data relies on the explicit consent you give in the cookie notice (KVKK art. 9). Transfer to Cloudflare is necessary to deliver the site to you.
05Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, and object to processing. A contact form for requests will be added to this page; requests are answered within 30 days.
